How to Disconnect an Account?

Click on the connected account, and you’ll see a confirmation prompt. Confirm to disconnect the account.

What If the Account Is Already Connected?

If the account you’re trying to connect is already connected, it means that the account has been registered with ideaShell. To connect this account, you will need to delete it first.

⛔️ How to Delete Your ideaShell Account?

If you wish to delete your ideaShell account, please follow these steps:

➊ Log into Your Account

Open the ideaShell app and log in with the account you want to delete.

➋ Go to Account Settings

In the app, navigate to “Settings” > “My Account”.
Note: Click on your profile avatar on the homepage to enter the settings page.

➌ Delete Your Account

Click on your account avatar and name to enter the detailed account page.Scroll to the bottom and find the red button, then click “Delete Account”.

Note: This action is irreversible, and all your data will be permanently deleted.

➍ Data Deletion and Processing Time

• Once the deletion request is submitted, we will permanently remove your account and related data from our servers within 90 days.

• During this period, your account information will be unavailable and cannot be recovered.
